If any search documents or lease details are unavailable when marketing begins, they should be added to the HIP as soon as they are available. These documents must be included within 28 days of the date the property was first placed on the market:
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
The cost of an EPC is primarily determined by the size, complexity and time taken to carry out the energy assessment. The EPC lodgement fee is included in the price.

All fees are payable at time of Survey. Payment terms: Cheque, Cash, BACS transfer or by Credit or Debit Card via Paypal.

We do not permit on-site Energy Assessments to be carried out by unqualified personnel and all of our Assessors are qualified and accredited and as such have been subject to Criminal Records Disclosure. Our assessments are constantly monitored for accuracy by our accreditation body and we have the appropriate PI Insurance cover to conduct Energy Assessments. Our Home Information Packs are fully HIP code & PCCB compliant.
