Fees for Energy Performance Certificates
Residential Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
The cost of an EPC is primarily determined by the size, complexity and time taken to carry out the energy assessment. The EPC lodgement fee is included in the price.

Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (nDEA)
For retail, office and industrial premises. Prices are determined by size, complexity and time taken to carry out the assessment. Lodgement fees included.
Fees from £240 exc VAT
Display Energy Certificates (DEC)
For public property. Retail, office, industrial & recreational facilities. Size, complexity and time determine pricing.
Fees from £300 exc VAT
All fees are payable at time of Survey. Payment terms: Cheque, Cash, BACS transfer or by Credit or Debit Card via Paypal.
We do not permit on-site Energy Assessments to be carried out by unqualified personnel and all of our Assessors are qualified and accredited and as such have been subject to Criminal Records Disclosure. Our assessments are constantly monitored for accuracy by our accreditation body and we have the appropriate PI Insurance cover to conduct Energy Assessments.
